Jessica Lyth is a Massage Therapist. She graduated from the International Academy of Massage in 2018. She began her journey as a swim teacher and worked for the City of Ottawa for a number of years until getting involved in aquatic rehabilitation. Through aquatic rehabilitation, Jessica became interested in treating conditions and pain management. She specializes in deep tissue massage, injury treatment and postural correction.

She offers a wide variety of training and techniques such as: Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Infant Massage, Therapeutic Rehabilitation, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial and Superficial Fascial Release, Friction Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Play, Hydrotherapy, Client Homecare Plans, Remedial Exercises for Rehabilitation, Client Assessment and Orthopedic Assessments. 

She has knowledge and experience with the following conditions: Bursitis, Contractured muscles, Edema, Fractures, Frozen shoulder, Hyper/Hypo kyphosis, Hyper /Hypo lordosis, Iliotibial band friction syndrome/contracture, Meniscus damage, Nerve entrapment, Osteoarthritis, Pes planus/cavus, Plantar fasciitis, Piriformis syndrome, Postural issues, Repetitive strain injuries, Sacroiliac pain, Sciatica, Scoliosis, Sport related injuries, Sprains, Strains, Thoracic outlet syndrome, Valgus/Varus deformity, and more.
